WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Design, develop, & deliver reporting to partners and build self-service capabilities on their behalf
- Partner with business to help craft the right solution – balancing immediate/long-term needs against effort & impact
- Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in People & Culture
- Guide partner roadmap plans & investments through opportunity sizing & decision support
- Be part of a collaborative team that has high visibility across the organization
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- This person must reside in LATAM.
- English level C1.
- 3-5+ years in an analytics role.
- Strong experience partnering with product managers and/or business stakeholders for decision-making using data + analytics.
- Exceptional Analytics skills in SQL or Python (advanced Excel considered).
- 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker) and associated dashboard and visualization best practices.
- Able to build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines using best practices.
- Communication skills that help simplify complex problems for cross-functional business partners.
- Prioritization skills with business impact in mind andthe ability to be pragmatic where appropriate.
- Have intellectual curiosity and are experienced learners and are skilled in asking questions; previous domain expertise is not expected, but building expertise will be required.
- Passionate about technology and relish the opportunity to learn and apply new technical concepts to your work.
- Experience in working autonomously and taking ownership of projects.
WHAT WOULD BE A PLUS?
- Degree in a business or quantitative field (e.g., business, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science).
- Experience working with GitHub for version control, collaboration, and tracking code changes effectively.
