At the core of their business is the customer experience, supported by the team behind the scenes coordinating every step of preparation and delivery. With no time for tech distractions, Unimart needed a partner who understood their digital store needs and could get things done. At the same time, they wanted the convenience of monitoring and controlling everything from the comfort of their phones.

Creating a website to show all the potential of Wagon

Based on research about the technologies and data science platforms, we follow a look &amp; feel path that can give us the potential to stand out from the competition.

Branding

Wagon is an Akurey's indoor project. All the conceptualization started with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Designers. The webpage must reflect all the capabilities that Wagon is able and all it's potential. So the information was divided and grouped in order to bring clarity to the users and potential clients.

By hand with the conceptualization and iterating proposals, copywriting and illustrations we concrete the information architecture of the site and with this, we could start building the whole website.

This website works now as a point of sale for Wagon and facilitates the sales department the presentation and explanation of the service provided.

The old portal used to be well-known and visited by many caregivers around the world, and also it already had a lot of valuable content to offer to that audience, but visually the website was in a bad shape and wasn’t giving the quality expected for nowadays websites. Now it's a more frequented, appealing, and user-friendly site.

Technology That Becomes a Shoulder to Lean On

Designing digital solutions for grief was a deeply emotional journey. We focused on understanding the profound pain of losing a loved one, recognizing the silent struggles and heartache involved. This empathy drove us to create solutions that truly supported people during their darkest times. The more we understood the depth of grief, the more committed we became to helping this mission, knowing our work could bring comfort and connection when it was needed most.

During the first stages of the project, we studied the grief process realizing that it is not linear and a person can go back and forward through the different stages.

The journey to health is simple and full of joy

PureHealth

 The app improves the user's experience by helping complete day-to-day surveys easier and faster.
 
 With the information gathered from the app, doctors help their patients have a better quality of life.

Redefining quality of life

Amid busy lives, people often miss how small habits quietly shape their health. Many conditions, seen as obstacles, are chances to learn and improve. Doctors want to go beyond treatment, becoming allies in understanding daily routines. Akurey rose to the challenge, creating systems that track and share how choices affect well-being, empowering people to live healthier, more balanced lives.&nbsp;

Since it is an app used for health we had to be sensitive about that and align the look & feel of the brand with the situation of the patients and propose an ideal visual language.

An organization challenged the traditional, isolated care systems by connecting friends, families, and caregivers. Their innovative approach ensured seamless support for medications, visits, and other care services, all while reinforcing family values. More than just a service, it was a movement to bring love and unity back into caregiving.
