A retail company, but the heart of their business is the whole experience by the customer and that one behind the scenes coordinating all the preparation and delivery process. Being on the top of the line, technically speaking, and having every day better tools for their users to interact, is key for their success.

Creating a website to show all the potential of Wagon

Based on research about the technologies and data science platforms, we follow a look &amp; feel path that can give us the potential to stand out from the competition.

Branding

Wagon is an Akurey's indoor project. All the conceptualization started with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Designers. The webpage must reflect all the capabilities that Wagon is able and all it's potential. So the information was divided and grouped in order to bring clarity to the users and potential clients.

By hand with the conceptualization and iterating proposals, copywriting and illustrations we concrete the information architecture of the site and with this, we could start building the whole website.

This website works now as a point of sale for Wagon and facilitates the sales department the presentation and explanation of the service provided.

The old portal used to be well-known and visited by many caregivers around the world, and also it already had a lot of valuable content to offer to that audience, but visually the website was in a bad shape and wasn’t giving the quality expected for nowadays websites. Now it's a more frequented, appealing, and user-friendly site.

The platform offers the user the opportunity to learn about grief and grieving and also effective ways to process the strong feelings and emotions that are a normal and natural part of grief.

During the first stages of the project, we studied the grief process realizing that it is not linear and a person can go back and forward through the different stages.

HOW WE HELPED

 The app improves the user's experience by helping complete day-to-day surveys easier and faster.
 
 With the information gathered from the app, doctors help their patients have a better quality of life.

Since it is an app used for health we had to be sensitive about that and align the look & feel of the brand with the situation of the patients and propose an ideal visual language.
