UNDERSTANDING THE GRIEVING PROCESS AND THE USER
During the first stages of the project, we studied the grief process realizing that it is not linear and a person can go back and forward through the different stages.User: Persons experiencing a grieving process ad need companionship during it.

Since it is an app used for health we had to be sensitive about that and align the look & feel of the brand with the situation of the patients and propose an ideal visual language.HOW WE HELPED

- We designed and developed the mobile app and the CMS (Customer Management System)
